CLS CLPT Proses Termostat CLPT-0330 Process Thermostats are process thermostats for keeping temperatures between -30 and 200°C in the laboratory. CLPT series provides 1400W cooling power and 3000W heating power with our reliable technology and modern design.
CLPT series is a thermostatic circulation pump using closed pipeline cooling for technological processes. In the heating and expansion system, the heat transfer oil operates at high temperatures while the inside of the expansion tank remains at normal temperature. As long as the operating temperature is maintained, it is possible to use the heat transfer oil in a wider temperature range. Hot oil can be used safely within 10 degrees of the boiling point. The automatic cooling system of the expansion tank always keeps the liquid in the expansion tank at normal temperature.
When the system operates at high temperature, the high-temperature heat transfer medium is used. Since it will not come into contact with the moisture and oxygen in the air, it will not oxidize and absorb the moisture in the medium. Humidity control is important to increase the stability of the low-temperature system and extend the service life of the thermal oil. It is quite suitable for molecular distillation devices, microchannel reactors, reaction vessels and small biomass systems. This system provides a wide temperature control range by providing the necessary external temperature control.
